Dr. Edison Wiltshire, CGE is committed to the practice of Theanthropic Ethical category, and approaches ethics scientifically through Applied Theology.

Dr. Wiltshire is one of the Top Ethicists Advising Management due to decades of experience in ethics.

Dr. Wiltshire has developed 10 programmes designed to recognize the value of human beings and has strongly promoted the importance for the corporate community to recognize the worth and dignity of employees, clients and other stakeholders. It has been his experience that companies which foster a high ethical standard are companies which excel in the business world.

Dr. Wiltshire has been responsible for recruitment and training of Chaplaincy staff and for liaison with Companies involved in the offshore and onshore Oil Industry in Eastern Canada.

Dr. Wiltshire has found his experience in Social work, Chaplaincy and Pastoral Ministry, indispensable as an ethicist.

Dr. Wiltshire has written a series of lectures on Ethics and Human Relationships, which he has presented through numerous seminars.

Dr. Wiltshire has prepared courses in Ethics. He has taught ethics at Bethany Divinity College, the Shantymen International In-Service Training Programme, Ezra Institute of Applied Theology and various local Churches.

Dr. Wiltshire received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Bethany Seminary. His doctoral thesis was entitled Counseling as a Rehabilitative Agent.
